 Unit Manager - Capital Markets / Senior Unit Manager - Capital Markets 
 Job Purpose 
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd. Support the Capital Markets vertical by acting as an advisory partner to business heads in the identification of business requirements, understanding business and HR priorities, and driving HR initiatives and projects to enhance the efficiency of HR at the business level.  Duties and Responsibilities 
  •  Planning support to business (AOP): 
  • Analyze manpower requirements based on expansion plans, increasing manpower in existing branches, and manpower productivity.
  • Work closely with the business to develop annual manpower plans.
  • Serve as a liaison between back-end C&B teams and the business.
  •  Partnering with businesses: 
  • Engage with the business to understand requirements and identify key agenda items to be addressed with a monthly/quarterly focus (such as attrition management, on-the-ground engagement, and driving central initiatives).
  • Develop and execute initiatives, projects, and frameworks to address both business and HR priorities for the month/quarter. This includes designing communication frameworks for addressing business and people priorities.
  •  Review with business & own function: 
  • Track progress of activities undertaken to ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Discuss and exchange ideas and best practices on people challenges and initiatives with other HR partners.
  • Recognize and react to early warning signals.
  • Present updates on initiatives and action points (such as attrition, changes in business conditions, impact on business teams, transition plans) in monthly reviews with the HR Head.
  • Track key HR priorities for the businesses managed, and publish dashboards to provide status updates to businesses, including policy adjustments, HR initiative status, Pulse, recruitment updates (key positions), and L&D updates.
  •  HR projects and initiatives: 
  • Conduct research on current business realities and pain points, analyze what is working and what is not, and brainstorm on themes to enhance HR efficiency.
  • Drive and deliver assigned HR projects to enhance the overall effectiveness of HR across the organization.
  • Track and report updates to deliver as per set objectives.

  •  Required Qualifications and Experience 
  •  Educational Qualifications: 
  • Post-graduation
  •  Work Experience: 
  • Minimum 8 years of overall experience
  • 3-4 years of experience in the HR domain
  • Sound understanding of business context
