Roles and responsibilities

The role will be responsible for recruiting FLMs and providing training to FLMs by soliciting business through their natural market.
Responsible to grow the business in their respective districts
A team of FLMs will report to the role
Will be responsible for the top-line and bottom-line targets for the geographies mentioned above
