Job Description

Role Overview: As a UKG Pro WFM / Dimensions Functional Consultant with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, rolling out, and supporting UKG Pro WFM/Dimensions for multiple customers. Your hands-on experience with WFD configuration, custom reports, data migration, incident handling, and system documentation will be essential in delivering high-quality solutions that meet business requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and configure UKG Pro WFM/Dimensions for large-scale implementations with more than 100K employees, multiple countries, and 1000+ stores - Configure WFD Business Structure, Time Keeping, Advanced Scheduling & Forecasting, Analytics & Reports, Device Configuration, and Mobile configuration - Utilize modules such as Timekeeper, Accruals, Leave, Attendance, Attestation, Advanced Scheduler, Activities, Business Structure, Release Management, HyperFind queries, Workforce Genies, Data Access Control Concepts, and Custom Reports - Create custom reports and manage data migration to UKG Pro WFM - Handle incidents, problems, changes, and understand how applications support business processes to solve defined problems - Design and deliver solutions through system configuration while developing documentation for systems and processes - Obtain UKG Pro Integration or UKG Pro WFM certifications - Demonstrate a learner attitude, adaptability, analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication and team collaboration skills Qualifications Required: - 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in UKG Pro WFM/Dimensions Implementation (configuration) - Experience with Kronos WFC is preferred - Strong written and oral communication skills - Ability to manage customer expectations effectively - Self-starter with the ability to work with minimum supervision Additional Company Details: N/A,
