Working Hours:

Afternoon shift from 1.00 PM to 10.00 PM IST, aligning with UK business hours.

Experience--2 to 5 years

Note- F2F Interview is mandatory.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process and demonstrate the ability to source and engage top talent for various roles across the United Kingdom, EU. You will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring high-quality candidates through strategic sourcing and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for US-based roles
• Source qualified candidates through various job portals such as LinkedIn, Dice, and Monster
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities.
• Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products.
• Work as an integral member of the team, motivating one another and communicating effectively at all levels.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates across different skill sets and domains
• Collaborate with hiring managers and teams to understand job requirements and hiring needs
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience through timely and professional communication

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT recruitment and talent sourcing
• Strong knowledge of major job portals including LinkedIn, Monster and etc..
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
• Good knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search).
• Utilization of ATS tools such as Bullhorn, Workforce, Greehouse etc..
• Knowledge with UK and Europe tax terms.
• Clear understanding of UK and EU Visa's.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Excellent Communication skills.
