We are looking for an experienced

UK IT Recruiter

to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in the end-to-end recruitment process and have excellent communication skills. This is a work-from-office opportunity for professionals who thrive in a collaborative environment and have experience in IT recruitment for the UK market.

Responsibilities:

Profile Search
:

Source potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media platforms, networking, and referrals.

Resume Preparation
:

Review and tailor candidate resumes to highlight key qualifications and experiences in line with client requirements.

Interview Coordination
:

Schedule and manage candidate interviews with clients, ensuring seamless communication between all parties.
Provide timely updates and feedback to both candidates and clients.

Candidate Engagement
:

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.

Market Knowledge
:

Stay updated on UK IT market trends, technologies, and client hiring practices.

Reporting
:

Maintain accurate documentation of recruitment activities, including candidate submissions, feedback, and progress reports.

Requirements:

Experience
:
1-2 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, preferably for the UK market.
Education
:
At least a Bachelor s degree in any discipline.
Skills
:
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, etc.).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Knowledge of UK work regulations and IT job roles (preferred).
