Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a UK IT Recruiter based in Noida. The UK IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top IT talent. Daily tasks include developing and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers, creating effective job postings, and utilizing various recruitment tools and strategies to attract qualified candidates. The recruiter will also handle technical recruiting by assessing the candidates' technical skills and cultural fit within the organization.

Qualifications

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills
• IT Recruitment, Technical Recruiting, and Hiring experience
• Strong understanding of UK job market and IT industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and software
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
