IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Understand the job requirements and technical skillsets from hiring managers or clients.
Use job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and Boolean searches to source candidates.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or video interviews to assess candidates technical and interpersonal skills.
Coordinate interviews with clients and follow up on feedback.
Manage candidate pipelines and keep detailed records in ATS/CRM tools.
Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals.
Maintain timely communication with both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated on market trends in IT and staffing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a technical background is a plus.
2-5 years of experience in IT recruitment (international only).
Strong knowledge of IT roles like Developers, Testers, Architects, DevOps, Cloud, Data Analysts, etc.
Proficient in using job portals (Naukri, Monster, Dice), LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Good to Have:

Experience recruiting for international markets (UK, US, Europe).
Familiarity with ATS tools like Bullhorn, CEIPAL, JobDiva, etc.
Knowledge of contract and permanent staffing models.
