Job Title: UK IT Recruiter (Fresher)

Location: Thuckalay, Nagercoil
Work Mode: On-site
Shift Timing: 1:30 PM – 9:30 PM IST (UK Shift)

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic fresher to join our team as a UK IT Recruiter. As a part of our international recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for IT positions in the UK market. Key Responsibilities:

• Understand job requirements shared by UK clients or internal account managers.
• Source candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, internal database, referrals, etc.).
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and internal teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Any Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc, B.Com, B.A, BBA, BCA, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work in UK shift timings (1:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST).
• Basic understanding of IT skills and technologies (preferred, not mandatory).
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
