Role Overview

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive interfaces, improving the product’s usability, and ensuring visually compelling and consistent designs across SocialAngel's web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate with product, development, and marketing teams to translate requirements into design solutions that elevate the user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand product requirements and translate them into visually appealing, user-friendly designs.
• Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Conduct UX research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to improve product efficiency.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of UI elements.
• Maintain and enhance SocialAngel’s design system, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Optimize designs for responsiveness across devices (desktop, mobile, and tablet).
• Continuously iterate based on user feedback, analytics, and business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to push innovative UI/UX solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2-3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, particularly SaaS or platform-based products.
• Proficiency in Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, layout, color theory, and branding.
• Expertise in creating prototypes and user flows.
• Knowledge of UX research methods and usability testing.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS basics (added advantage).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience designing for HR/Recruitment or SaaS platforms.
• Motion design or micro-interaction skills.
• Basic understanding of front-end development feasibility.
• Ability to build and maintain scalable design systems.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
