Role Description

UI/UX Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and development teams to translate requirements into interactive user experiences.
• Design and prototype user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Implement responsive and accessible UI designs using modern front-end frameworks (Angular/React/Vue).
• Ensure UI consistency by adhering to and contributing to a

  design system / component library

  .
• Conduct

  user research, usability testing, and A/B testing

  to validate design decisions.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, responsiveness, and accessibility.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging UI/UX practices, and new technologies.
• Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow in the UI.
• Champion UX best practices across the organization and mentor junior designers/developers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of experience as a

  UI/UX developer, front-end engineer, or interaction designer

  .
• Strong proficiency in

  HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript

  .
• Familiarity with

  design systems

  (Material Design, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS).
• Expertise in one or more frameworks:

  Angular, React, or Vue.js

  .
• Proficiency with

  UI/UX design tools

  : Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
• Knowledge of

  responsive design, accessibility (WCAG/ARIA), and cross-browser compatibility

  .
• Experience with

  RESTful APIs, JSON, and integration of backend services

  .
• Understanding of

  Agile/Scrum methodologies

  and experience working in collaborative teams.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design and implementation experience.
