UI/UX Designer

What You’ll Do

• Design clean, bold, and functional user interfaces for our apps and dashboards.
• Build a unified visual language that aligns Member App, Trainer App, and Dashboard experiences.
• Create intuitive user journeys that improve conversions, engagement, and retention.
• Translate data and workflows into visually clear, human-friendly dashboards.
• Conduct user research, test prototypes, and iterate designs based on insights.
• Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of every screen.
• Collaborate with product teams to create scalable design systems and reusable components.
• Infuse the WTF brand energy — cinematic visuals, motion, and emotion — into every interface.

What We Expect

• 3–6 years of experience designing for

  mobile apps and dashboards (SaaS or B2C)

  .
• Strong command of

  Figma

  ,

  Adobe XD

  , and familiarity with motion/animation tools like

  LottieFiles or After Effects

  .
• Understanding of

  product-led design

  ,

  conversion optimization

  , and

  UX analytics

  .
• Excellent visual sense — typography, layout, color balance, and hierarchy.
• Ability to work in a

  fast-paced, tech-driven startup

  where design and execution move hand-in-hand.
• Strong communication skills and ownership mindset — you care deeply about what gets shipped.
