As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with 3+ Years of Experience, who can transform complex requirements into visually appealing and highly functional designs across mobile apps, websites, and responsive platforms. Key Responsibilities: Design creative and attractive UI for mobile apps (iOS & Android) and web platforms with a focus on responsiveness. Conduct UX research to understand user behavior, market trends, and competitor analysis. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs. Create and maintain a design system and reusable UI components based on modern UI/UX principles. Optimize designs for maximum speed, scalability, and performance. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve designs iteratively. Stay updated with the latest design trends, emerging UI components, and UX methodologies. Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator and Framer. Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript to collaborate effectively with developers (coding is not mandatory but an added advantage). Knowledge of responsive design frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS. Familiarity with prototyping tools like InVision, Marvel, or Framer. Understanding of accessibility standards and guidelines (WCAG). Ability to work with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or ClickUp. Who You Are: Creative thinker with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile, web, and responsive design projects. Solid understanding of UX principles and a user-first approach to design. Strong attention to detail with excellent visual design skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
