Roles and Responsibilities UI/UX Design & Development: Design responsive, intuitive, and visually appealing interfaces for both web and mobile platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and user expectations. User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, usability testing, and behavioral studies to derive actionable insights that support user-centered design solutions. Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to showcase user journeys, UI behavior, and product functionality. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to translate concepts into seamless and functional user experiences. User-Centered Design Thinking: Apply empathy, creativity, and problem-solving skills to enhance usability and address user pain points effectively. Design Systems & Guidelines: Establish and maintain consistent design systems and style guides to ensure visual and functional consistency across platforms. Feedback & Iteration: Gather, analyze, and incorporate feedback from users and internal stakeholders to refine and optimize design outcomes. Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, frameworks, and best practices to drive innovation and quality. Required Skills & Qualifications Professional Experience: 3 to 5+ years of proven experience in UI/UX Design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating work on both web and mobile applications. Design Principles: Strong command of layout design, typography, visual hierarchy, spacing, and consistency to build clean and user-friendly interfaces. Accessibility & Color Theory: Proficient in applying color theory and accessibility standards to create inclusive, brand-aligned UI components. Tools Expertise: Hands-on experience with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop , and other UI/UX design software. CAD Knowledge: Experience with CAD tools for product visualization is a plus but not mandatory. Research & Testing: Skilled in conducting usability testing, surveys, interviews, and translating findings into design improvements. Interactive Prototyping: Ability to create interactive prototypes to test ideas, improve flows, and communicate effectively with development teams. Communication & Presentation: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly to cross-functional teams. Organizational Skills: Efficient in managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and handling dynamic project requirements. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree specifically in UI/UX Design , Interaction Design , Human-Computer Interaction , Digital Product Design , or a closely related field. A strong design portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX-specific projects including relevant case studies is mandatory and will be a key factor in the evaluation process. and will be a key factor in the evaluation process.
