About the Role

UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user needs, product goals, and requirements.
• Design user experiences and interfaces, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to refine and improve designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across the product.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and accessibility standards.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of designs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design solutions.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Knowledge of design systems, interaction design, and visual design principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
