What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As our UI/UX Designer, your responsibilities will include:

• Creating detailed

  UI/UX specification reports

  based on internal data flow documents.
• Clearly defining screens, field elements, user journeys, and interaction flows in comprehensive documentation.
• Designing high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes primarily using

  Figma

  , ensuring they're ready for direct developer implementation.
• Collaborating closely with developers remotely for design feasibility and accurate implementation.
• Applying

  UX research, usability principles, and accessibility

  best practices.
• Iterating designs based on stakeholder feedback.
• Maintaining version-controlled design files and meticulous documentation for all screens and modules.
• Participating in virtual brainstorming sessions and assisting with basic user testing to validate designs.

What We're Looking For: Skills & Experience

• 0-2 years of experience in UI/UX design roles

  , preferably in systems-based environments.
• A

  strong portfolio showcasing spec documentation and wireframes

  , especially projects created in Figma.

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools

  (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.), with a strong emphasis on

  Figma

  .
• Ability to convert complex data flows or process maps into intuitive UI layouts.
• Strong understanding of User-Centered Design (UCD) principles.
• Basic understanding of

  HTML/CSS and responsive design principles

  (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills for seamless remote design hand-offs and walkthroughs with development teams.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn in a remote, fast-paced setting.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design (e.g., Graphic Design, HCI, Industrial Design), Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant certifications or completion of a recognized UI/UX bootcamp program will also be considered

Salary

• INR 18,000 to INR 22,000 Per month
