About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with strong experience in Figma to join our growing design team in Indore. You will play a key role in designing intuitive, visually engaging web and mobile interfaces for high-growth digital products built for our Irish and European clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Create responsive and visually appealing UI designs for web and mobile applications using Figma
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
• Build and maintain design systems and component libraries
• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing where needed
• Ensure consistency in visual language, typography, color usage, and accessibility standards
• Prepare and hand off design files to development teams with clear specifications and assets

Requirements

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma (including auto layout, components, prototyping, and variants)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile UI design skills
• Understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and responsive design
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with developers to hand off designs and resolve feedback loops
• Familiarity with tools like Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Zeplin, or Lottie
• Understanding of basic HTML/CSS is a plus
• Experience designing for SaaS platforms or enterprise dashboards is a bonus

Pay: ₹12,382.16 - ₹41,630.38 per month
