We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer with 8–10 years of hands-on experience in Node.js and React to join our fast-growing team in Indore. You’ll be working closely with our Irish client teams on exciting new products that are shaping industries across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using Node.js and React
• Contribute to backend and frontend architecture discussions and technical decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across India and Ireland
• Write clean, well-documented, and tested code
• Participate in code reviews, peer programming, and mentorship of junior developers
• Work in an agile environment and take ownership of delivering features end-to-end

Must-Have Skills

• 8–10 years of professional experience in software engineering
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and React
• Experience building and scaling modern web applications
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-based architecture
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python is a strong plus
• Exposure to PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other databases
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience working with international (preferably European) clients
