Looking For:

- Strong understanding of UI & UX design principles

- Minimum 1+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design

- Hands-on experience with Figma (required)

- Ability to create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes

- Understanding of responsive & mobile-first design

- Good sense of visual hierarchy, typography, and spacing

- Basic knowledge of design systems & components

- Ability to design with accessibility and usability in mind

Bonus:

- Knowledge of micro-interactions

- Graphic design for branding, creatives, and social media

Should Be Able To:

- Translate requirements into clean, user-friendly screens

- Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders

- Take feedback positively and iterate fast

- Handle both visual design and interaction design
