Job Description:-Development and further enhancement of user interface concepts and interfacedesigns to elevate our software applications to the next level.Conducting user research, including the creation of personas and the application ofuser-centered design principles to meet user expectations and requirements.Designing visual elements, layouts, and navigation structures to promote simpleand intuitive user interactions.Creation of wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for internal reviews and usabilitytesting.Execution of tests to gather feedback and subsequent adaptation of the design tooptimize the user experience.Development and maintenance of design systems, style guides, and designguidelines to ensure a consistent user experience across all software modules.Consideration of relevant standards and guidelines in the design of user interfacesin the mechanical engineering field.Technical Skills:-Extensive experience in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and user interfacedesign.Proficient in common design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, AdobeXD, Illustrator, and Photoshop.Understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).Experience with Lean UX and agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).Experience with user testing and feedback loops.Strong communication skills to present design concepts to stakeholdersEducation:-B.E. Computers/ IT, B. DesignPreferred Candidate:-2+ years of UX/UI design experience with Human Machine Interfaces (HMI) (mechanicalengineering background is a plus)
