Job Description

What are we looking for

We're looking for a UI/UX Designer with a sharp eye for detail and a curiosity that drives thoughtful, user-centered solutions. In this role, youll take ownership of real problem statements and turn complex challenges into simple, accessible, and beautifully designed experiences that make a meaningful impact. From design systems to product flows, youll be part of it all, working alongside product owners, analysts, and developers.

We value designers who are open to feedback, proactive in collaboration, and excited to evolve ideas through iteration. If you enjoy working across teams and solving complex challenges through design, youll thrive in this role.

What will you be doing

Take full ownership of design problem statements and workflows, from discovery to delivery.
Turn business goals and user needs into intuitive experiences through moodboards, user journeys, wireframes, and design prototypes.
Collaborate closely with product owners, analysts, and developers throughout the design and development process.
Build and maintain design systems, reusable components, and style guidelines to ensure consistency and scale.
Present your work with clarity, iterate quickly on feedback, and ship designs in fast\u2011paced development cycles.
Contribute to product decisions by understanding what users need and helping shape better decisions.
Stay up\u2011to\u2011date with tools, design patterns, and emerging best practices.
Requirements
What will you need to succeed at Quicko

A strong portfolio that showcases your design process, wireframes, and user flows.

Proficiency in Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping), with familiarity in tools like Framer, Adobe XD, Illustrator, etc.

Solid understanding of design fundamentals layout, color, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for solving real problems through design.

Good communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and iteration.

Bonus: experience with motion design, micro-interactions, or using AI tools to create visuals and animations.
