About the Role

Join the Amorphic engineering team to develop and enhance web applications and user interfaces. This role involves independently building features, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and improving user experience while growing technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Development

  : Independently build and maintain responsive, high-quality web applications.

• Collaboration

  : Work with UX, backend, and product teams to implement interfaces and integrate APIs.

• Implementation

  : Hands-on software development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React for polished user experiences.

• User Focus

  : Improve UX based on feedback from customers and business users.

• Problem Solving

  : Independently develop solutions for business and technical challenges.

• Code Quality

  : Write clean, maintainable, documented code and participate in reviews.

• Mentorship

  : Guide junior developers through pair programming and knowledge sharing.

  : Continuously adopt new frontend technologies and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Education

  : Bachelor's in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience

  : 3-5 years of professional frontend development, demonstrating independent feature delivery.

• Technical Skills

  :
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and solid working knowledge of React (Hooks, component patterns).
• Strong foundation in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design (with CSS preprocessors/modern solutions).
• Working knowledge of modern build tools and workflows.
• Solid experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous data handling.
• Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and code optimization.
• Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility and web standards.
• Experience with state management (Redux/Context API/similar).
• Basic understanding of accessibility (WCAG).
• Ability to translate design mockups into functional interfaces.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TypeScript
• Familiarity with Next.js or similar React frameworks
• Exposure to design systems and component libraries
• Understanding of performance optimization techniques
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
