UI Developer

Client Introduction:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with one of our esteemed clients. This client is a global leader in the IT Industry, known for its commitment to quality and innovation. They have chosen Dautom as their trusted partner for their upcoming projects.

1. Design high-quality UI layouts, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows using Figma/Adobe XD/Sketch.
2. Develop responsive, accessible, and reusable front-end components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React/Angular/Vue.
3. Collaborate with UX researchers to conduct user testing, gather feedback, and refine designs for usability and clarity.
4. Build and maintain UI design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency across applications.
5. Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG standards) across all UI elements and user journeys.
6. Convert business and functional requirements into intuitive, user-friendly UI/UX solutions.
7. Optimize UI performance and cross-browser compatibility for all devices (web, mobile, tablet).
8. Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless end-to-end user experience.
9. Support SIT, UAT, and production deployments by resolving UI defects, usability issues, and interface improvements.

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, provide effort estimates, and contribute to continuous improvement processes.

• 4–7 years of UI/UX design and front-end development experience.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Strong in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and at least one framework: React / Angular / Vue.
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, user research, usability testing.
• Experience in responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), cross-browser compatibility.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment.
