• Deep expertise in building scalable and maintainable front-end applications using ReactJS, including hooks, component lifecycle, and advanced state management tools such as

  . Skilled in applying performance optimization techniques and integrating component libraries with custom theming. Familiarity with React design patterns is essential.

• Node.js (Intermediate to Advanced):

• Proficient in developing backend services and APIs within a Node.js environment. While not the core focus, 

  one candidate with this capability is preferred

  .

• FastAPI & Python (Intermediate to Advanced):

• Experience designing high-performance REST APIs using 

  FastAPI

   with support for asynchronous operations, data validation, and OpenAPI documentation. Should be comfortable with 

  Python 3.x

  Databricks integration

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+):

• Strong command of modern web standards, responsive UI development, and JavaScript best practices. Emphasis on

• Working knowledge of React unit and integration testing frameworks to ensure code robustness and maintainability.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Review business requirements and Figma designs to lead rapid and high-quality conversion of UI mockups into production-ready 

  ReactJS components

• Own and drive the end-to-end technical delivery of the ReactJS application—including 

  design

  , 

  development

  , 

  testing

  , and 

  production readiness

  . (This is a 

  hands-on leadership role

   that involves active coding.)
• Collaborate closely with 

  Architects

  delivery managers

   to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Define, document, and uphold
