About the Role: We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Sales Executive who is eager to learn and grow in the tech industry. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has a business mindset, and is open to exploring the field of technology sales. The internship will offer hands-on experience across the full sales cycle — from lead generation to client engagement — with an added focus on field exposure and direct customer interaction. Key Responsibilities: Identify and reach out to potential leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and field visits Conduct market research and help create prospect databases Assist in preparing client pitches, product presentations, and follow-up communication Support the sales team in CRM data management and lead tracking Accompany team members on field visits to observe client interactions and support on-ground meetings Coordinate with the marketing and product teams to align on messaging and client needs Learn and contribute to achieving monthly outreach and engagement targets Requirements: Pursuing or completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Strong interpersonal and communication skills Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude Comfortable with outbound communication (calls, emails, face-to-face) Willingness to travel locally for field visits Good organizational and follow-up skills Nice to Have: Interest in software, SaaS, or IT services sales Familiarity with basic CRM tools or spreadsheets Previous experience in any client-facing or sales-oriented internship Internship Details: Location: Pune Duration: 12 Months Stipend: ₹15,000/month Post-Internship Opportunity: Top performers may receive a full-time offer with a CTC of ₹4–5 LPA (2-year bond applicable post-conversion) Job Types: Full-time, Internship Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Application Question(s): What is your Official Notice Period ? In this role, you will be responsible for accurately updating Healthcare Professional (HCP) profiles based on requests initiated by our field force. Responsibilities: Undertake complete ownership in accomplishing activities and assigned responsibilities across all phases of the DCR lifecycle to ensure accurate and timely data updates. Apply best practices and attention to detail to ensure successful and timely completion of DCR assignments. Collaborate with other team members to leverage expertise and ensure seamless transitions in the DCR resolution process. Exhibit flexibility in undertaking new and challenging data change scenarios and demonstrate excellent task management. Assist in creating project outputs such as user requirements (for DCR processes), test cases, and operations management documentation. Bring a problem-solving mindset and leverage your data knowledge/expertise to collaborate across other teams regarding DCRs. Qualification & Experience: Bachelor's degree with specialization in Computer Science, IT, or other computer-related disciplines with a record of academic success. Up to 2 years of relevant experience working with data change request processes. Proven experience as a Data Steward. Experience with Veeva CRM, specifically in managing and resolving DCRs. Strong experience with SQL & Excel for data querying and validation.
