Fullstack Developer

You are an experienced React.js Developer with 4 to 8 years of experience, specializing in ReactJS and Python (FastAPI). In this role based in Pune, you will be responsible for leading the front-end architecture, implementing best practices, and delivering scalable web applications. Working closely with a skilled cross-functional team, you will focus on creating high-performance interfaces and robust APIs. Your key responsibilities will include translating Figma designs and business requirements into production-ready React components, leading the technical delivery of front-end and API layers, mentoring a team of front-end and backend engineers, ensuring code quality and performance optimization, collaborating with UX designers, delivery managers, and architects, overseeing testing processes, managing CI/CD workflows and deployment on cloud platforms, as well as providing post-deployment support and performance monitoring. To excel in this role, you must possess advanced skills in ReactJS including Hooks, Redux/Toolkit, Thunk, and Context API, strong proficiency in Python (3.x) especially with FastAPI for API development, intermediate to advanced knowledge of Node.js, experience with PostgreSQL/SQL and Databricks integration, expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), Flexbox, and CSS-in-JS. Familiarity with CI/CD using GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes/Harness is a plus. Additionally, experience in full SDLC and Agile environments, exposure to cloud deployment (preferably AWS), familiarity with testing frameworks for unit and integration testing, as well as strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
