As an experienced Data Quality, Data Governance & Catalog Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the data governance, data catalog, and data quality initiatives at the company. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Leading and executing large-scale data governance and quality projects, ensuring data integrity and quality from inception to production. - Configuring and managing data governance resources such as business glossaries, dashboards, policies, and search functionalities. - Designing and developing robust data catalogs and data assets using tools like Informatica Cloud Data Catalog, Alation, Collibra, or Atlan. - Overseeing the Enterprise Glossary to ensure compliance with Data Governance Standards. - Implementing Critical Data Elements (CDEs), defining data quality rules, policies, and managing user roles across different data domains. - Collaborating with Data Owners, Stewards, and stakeholders to gather requirements and effectively configure data catalog tools. Qualifications required for this role include: - 7-8 years of enterprise data integration and management experience with a focus on data management, EDW technologies, and data governance solutions. - 5+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica CDQ (Cloud Data Quality) and successful execution of at least two large-scale Data Governance and Quality projects. - Practical experience in configuring data governance resources like business glossaries, dashboards, policies, and search functionalities. - Strong understanding of data quality, data cataloging, and data governance best practices. - Expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) and data quality control. - Thorough knowledge of designing and developing data catalogs and data assets on tools like Informatica Cloud Data Catalog, Alation, Collibra, or Atlan. - Administration and management experience with Collibra/Alation data catalog tools, including user groups and permissions. - Experience with data profiling and general data lineage configuration.
