Job Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain the hosted network and UC environment.
Handle MACD (Moves, Adds, Changes, Deletions) requests.
Manage and resolve support tickets within SLAs.
Perform basic troubleshooting for voice, data, and UC systems.
Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when required.
Apply firmware updates and assist with scheduled network upgrades.
Investigate and resolve network and UC-related faults.
Provide reports on network performance and status.
Assist in setting up and maintaining network and UC infrastructure.
Work on basic configurations and troubleshooting of Voice Gateways, Cisco Call Manager, and Cisco Unity.
Monitor network activity and ensure smooth performance.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Basic understanding of network systems, routing, and switching.
Knowledge of VoIP, TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and other communication protocols.
Basic understanding of Unified Communication tools (Call Manager, Unity, Voice Gateways).

Preferred certifications:

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good verbal and written communication.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Willing to work in 24x7 rotational shifts.
