As a

practitioner

in our

SuccessFactors

Team you ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

As a practitioner, within the Human Resource Transformation, the Individual will be responsible to implement the system in a global setup and will help configure, implement, and provide production/warranty support.

Desired qualifications

Practitioner with an experience of 5 - 8 years
Should have core expertise in Success Factors Talent Management - Succession Planning, Career Development Planning, Skills & Assessment.
Should have strong experience in implementing Success Factors PM-GM, Talent, CDP and Succession Planning modules and HR business processes for external customers.
Manage Succession Org chart configuration changes / issues
Manage Lineage Org chart configuration changes / issues
Manage Performance -Potential Matrix configuration changes / issues
Manage Position Tile view configuration changes / issues
Manage positions related configurations / issues
Manage Reporting related to Succession and Career Development
Configure Career Worksheet, Career Paths, Career Explorer
Configure Development Goals

Base location: PAN India
This profile involves frequent / occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work.
