Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a TSM (Territory Sales Manager), based in Kolkata. The TSM will be responsible for driving sales and achieving business goals in an assigned territory. Key duties include identifying and engaging with potential business partners, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring the effective implementation of sales strategies. Additionally, the TSM will analyze market trends, monitor performance metrics, and ensure compliance with operational standards while actively contributing to revenue growth for the company.

• Proven expertise in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Territory Management
• Strong skills in Sales Planning, Market Analysis, and Revenue Target Achievement
• Ability to implement efficient strategies for Business Growth and Market Penetration
• Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and understanding key performance metrics
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferable
• Relevant work experience in fintech or related industries is an advantage
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
