Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a TSM (Territory Sales Manager) located in Bolpur Sriniketan. The TSM will be responsible for managing and driving sales operations within the assigned territory, building and maintaining relationships with retailers and distributors, ensuring the delivery of financial services, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, providing training and support to partners, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with the sales team to optimize sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales management and business development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with retailers and distributors
• Knowledge of financial services, especially in AEPS, mATM, and DMT
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Experience in the fintech or financial services industry is a plus
