Role Summary:

Treasury & Fund Management Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage

  daily treasury operations

  , including cash flow monitoring, fund transfers, and bank reconciliations.
• Monitor and manage the

  company’s liquidity position

  to ensure sufficient funds are available for daily operational and payment needs.
• Coordinate with internal departments for

  payment planning and forecasting

  .
• Maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and mutual fund partners.
• Optimize returns on surplus funds through short-term investments in accordance with company policy.
• Track and report on fund utilization, bank balances, and investment performance.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, treasury policies, and regulatory guidelines.
• Prepare regular treasury reports and dashboards for senior management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum

  2 years of relevant experience

  in Treasury Operations / Fund Management.
• Experience working in

  Mutual Funds, Banks, or Financial Institutions

  is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of financial instruments, cash management, and liquidity forecasting.
• Proficient in MS Excel and financial systems/tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CA preferred).
• Exposure to corporate treasury operations and investment strategies.
