Treasury Manager

The Financial Controller and Finance Head at our Corporate office in Gurgaon will be responsible for operational treasury management, monitoring external funding requirements, and ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures. You will oversee the security and valuation function to secure funding programs and maintain financial integrity. Key responsibilities include: - Regularly reviewing and implementing treasury policies and procedures - Ensuring accuracy, completeness, and reconciliation of financial information within the Treasury team - Managing a team of three, including Treasury Analyst and Security Analysts - Budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for all treasury costs - Analyzing new funding opportunities and structures in collaboration with the Business Planning Manager - Producing cashflow forecasts and reporting to regulators - Implementing and reviewing investment strategy for optimal risk and return - Building and maintaining lender and consultant relationships - Analyzing financial implications of accounting practice changes - Managing security charging programs to support loan facilities and liquidity - Maintaining legal charge register and valuation information - Developing treasury systems and producing reports for Finance Committee and the Board The ideal candidate will have a CA qualification with 4-6 years of industry experience, knowledge of treasury management, complex loan portfolios, and cash flow forecasting. Understanding of social housing finance is preferred.
