Job Description

Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance travel services and customer experience.
  • Manage and oversee daily travel operations, including booking, ticketing, and accommodation arrangements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of travel services with other business functions.
  • Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Lead and motivate a team of travel professionals to achieve operational excellence.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in travel operations management, preferably in the IT Service & Consulting industry.
  • Strong knowledge of travel management systems, technologies, and platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in managing budgets and resources to achieve operational goals.
