Job Summary

Travel Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage

  domestic & international travel operations

• Handle flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa coordination, forex, and travel insurance

• Negotiate with vendors (airlines, hotels, transporters) for best pricing and services

• Manage tour packages, itineraries, and customized travel plans

• Lead, train, and supervise travel executives and support staff

• Ensure compliance with travel policies, budgets, and timelines

• Handle escalations, customer grievances, and post-travel feedback

• Maintain MIS reports, sales tracking, and operational performance reports

• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for package promotions

• Stay updated with travel trends, visa regulations, and airline policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
• 4–8 years of experience in the

  Tours & Travel industry

• Strong knowledge of GDS systems

  (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre preferred)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability
• Ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines efficiently

Preferred Skills

• Experience in handling

  group tours & corporate travel

• Knowledge of visa processes for multiple countries

• Sales-oriented mindset with operational excellence
