Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele-counselor located in Ahmedabad. The Tele-counselor will be responsible for providing counseling and consultation to potential clients on immigration, study visa options, and language proficiency preparation. The role includes handling client inquiries, conducting telephonic consultations, maintaining accurate records, and following up with clients. The Tele-counselor will also assist in organizing seminars and free spot assessment sessions. Qualifications Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Experience in client coordination and telephonic consultation Basic knowledge of immigration and study visa processes Skills in maintaining accurate client records and follow-ups Proficiency in organizing seminars and assessment sessions Ability to work independently and as part of a team High level of organizational and time management skills Prior experience in the immigration consultancy industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in any field with relevant experience Show more Show less
