Tele-counselor

The Role

We are looking for a Tele Counsellor who is passionate about education and sales. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students and parents. Your primary focus will be tele-counseling—reaching out to potential leads, understanding their academic needs, and guiding them toward the right courses at iQuanta Cochin.

Key Responsibilities

• Outreach & Telecalling: Execute high-volume outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided data lists.
• Academic Counseling: Explain course details, fee structures, and the value proposition of iQuanta clearly and convincingly.
• Lead Conversion: Nurture leads through follow-up calls and schedule walk-in visits or counseling sessions at our Kochi center.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and admission status in our database/Excel.
• Market Feedback: Listen to parent/student concerns and provide feedback to the leadership team to improve our market approach.

Who We Are Looking For

• Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalam and English are mandatory.
• Experience: Prior experience in tele-sales, inside sales, or academic counseling is preferred, but we are open to freshers with the right attitude.
• Resilience: Ability to handle rejection positively and maintain high energy throughout the day.
• Discipline: Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with a 6-day work week.
• Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp for Business.

Remuneration & Benefits

Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 per month

Incentives: Attractive incentives for each admission closed.

Probation Period: 3 Months

Job Type: Full-time
