Travel Manager

As a Travel Head at our company located in OMR, Chennai with a salary of up to 6 LPA, your role will be to lead our local travel operations and sales team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily travel operations, driving sales and business development, managing vendor tie-ups, ensuring timely delivery of services, handling escalations, and developing strategies to increase revenue and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily travel operations, including bookings, scheduling, vehicle coordination, and customer support. - Drive sales and business development through new client acquisition and relationship management. - Manage vendor tie-ups with hotels, transport providers, and local partners. - Ensure timely delivery of services and smooth coordination between operations and sales teams. - Handle escalations, maintain service standards, and ensure customer satisfaction. - Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and operational efficiency. Qualifications Required: - Graduate in any discipline (Travel & Tourism preferred). - 4-6 years of experience in local or domestic travel operations and sales. - Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. - Good knowledge of local routes, vendors, and travel logistics. - Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced environment.
