Job Summary:

Travel Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and sell domestic and international travel packages, including flights, hotels, tours, and transportation.
Provide accurate information on destinations, visa processes, travel insurance, and currency requirements.
Handle reservations through GDS/online booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre).
Prepare detailed itineraries, cost estimates, and invoices for clients.
Manage amendments, cancellations, and refunds efficiently.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Upsell travel products and offer customized recommendations.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners for seamless arrangements.
Keep up-to-date with travel trends, restrictions, and promotional offers.
