RVR Tours & Travels is a trusted name in the travel and transport industry. With a growing fleet and expanding operations, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Transport Manager to lead and streamline our transport division in Coimbatore.

What You’ll Do:

As a Transport Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing day-to-day transport operations and fleet schedules
• Ensuring timely coordination between drivers, clients, and operations team
• Monitoring vehicle performance, fuel usage, and cost optimization
• Overseeing vehicle safety checks, maintenance, and regulatory compliance
• Building discipline, reliability, and efficiency across the transport team
• Maintaining excellent customer satisfaction by ensuring on-time service

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in transport/logistics/operations management (preferred)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to handle pressure and manage large teams
• Knowledge of vehicle compliance, safety standards, and route planning
• Problem-solving attitude with a focus on efficiency and service quality
