The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in SAP Basis and be comfortable working in rotational shifts, including weekends, while maintaining a 5-day work week. Key Responsibilities: Provide SAP Basis support across a 24x7 operational model. Work in rotational shifts: India Shifts: Two shifts covering day and evening hours. US Shift: One shift covering US business hours. Rotate weekly or bi-weekly between shifts in alignment with the SAP SR team. Participate in weekend rotations (Saturday and Sunday), ensuring total working days remain five per week. Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of SAP systems. Support SAP upgrades, patching, and migrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless SAP operations. Maintain documentation and adhere to change management processes. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis development and administration. Strong understanding of SAP system architecture and components. Experience with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, and Solution Manager. Proficiency in system copies, kernel upgrades, and transport management. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Preferred Location: Bangalore is preferred, but candidates from other locations are welcome to apply.
