Job Description: Training Partner
Introduction
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Training Partner to join our team. The Training Partner will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, conducting training programs, and ensuring the successful adoption of training initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)
1. Strategic partnership with hospital chains
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with hospital chains. Conduct a total of 400 programs with 5 hospital chains, ensuring more than 60 programs per chain .
2. Strategic partnership with standalone hospitals
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with standalone hospitals. Conduct a total of 500 programs with 8 standalone hospitals, ensuring more than 25 programs per hospital.
3. Strategic partnership with clinics
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with clinics. Conduct a total of 200 programs with 3 clinics, ensuring more than 30 programs per clinic .
4. Strategic partnership with doctors and medical societies
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with doctors and medical societies. Conduct three doctor-level sessions or QIP mock assessments and engage with 100 unique hospitals/societies.
5. Adoption of training program for staff, managers, and doctors
Ensure that 50% of identified accounts complete all the modules specified by the hospitals. Additionally, ensure that 20% of identified accounts conduct three or more doctor-level engagement programs.
6. Stakeholder connect and partnership development
During physical visits, meet with 60 unique CXOs/Directors, 80 Nursing Supervisors/Directors of Nursing Services, and 40 Supply Chain Managers in FY25. Prepare a half-yearly catalog for focus accounts that have conducted more than 15 programs. These catalogs will reconnect them with the program details and discuss the way forward. The catalog should include the number of participants trained, pictures from the sessions, testimonials from participants, and other important details.
7. Workshop/Webinar/Networking
Organize one physical event and two digital activities (workshops, webinars, or networking events) in Q3 and Q4.
8. Training Observation
Conduct three observations within distinct accounts, encompassing 36 separate sessions, and involving unique faculty members to be completed as part of the observations .
9. Travel Requirements
The Training Partner is expected to travel for 50% of days each month to meet with clients, conduct training sessions, and build relationships with key stakeholders.
MBA Preferred
Experience building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
Experience conducting training programs
Experience with strategic partnerships in the healthcare sector
Excellent communication skills
Min 5 years of experience in training and development
