Job Description

As a Training Partner at our company, you will play a crucial role in developing strategic partnerships, conducting training programs, and ensuring the successful adoption of training initiatives. Your strong background in training and development, excellent communication skills, and ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders will be essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with hospital chains, standalone hospitals, clinics, doctors, and medical societies. - Conduct a specified number of training programs with each type of healthcare institution to ensure widespread impact. - Ensure the adoption of training programs by identified accounts, including staff, managers, and doctors. - Connect with key stakeholders such as CXOs, Nursing Directors, and Supply Chain Managers during physical visits. - Organize both physical and digital events like workshops, webinars, and networking sessions. - Conduct training observations within distinct accounts to evaluate effectiveness and engagement. - Travel for 50% of days each month to meet clients, conduct training sessions, and build relationships. Qualification Required: - Masters degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Management, Life Sciences, Public Health, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field. OR - Equivalent combination of education and experience in healthcare training, hospital partnerships, or program implementation. Preferred Qualifications (Optional but Ideal): - 8-10 years of experience in training, healthcare partnerships, or stakeholder engagement. - Prior experience working with hospital chains, standalone hospitals, or medical societies. - Strong understanding of healthcare systems, training methodologies, and adult learning principles. - Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.
