Job Description

As a Training Partner at our company, you will play a crucial role in developing strategic partnerships, conducting training programs, and ensuring successful adoption of training initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with hospital chains, clinics, doctors, and medical societies - Conducting training programs for staff, managers, and doctors - Connecting with stakeholders and developing partnerships through physical visits and networking events - Organizing workshops, webinars, and networking events - Observing and evaluating training effectiveness - Traveling for 50% of days each month to meet clients, conduct training sessions, and build relationships Qualifications required: - Masters degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Management, Life Sciences, Public Health, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related field - Equivalent combination of education and experience in healthcare training, hospital partnerships, or program implementation Preferred qualifications: - 8-10 years of experience in training, healthcare partnerships, or stakeholder engagement - Prior experience with hospital chains, standalone hospitals, or medical societies - Strong understanding of healthcare systems, training methodologies, and adult learning principles - Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills Core Skills: - Training & Facilitation - Designing and delivering engaging training sessions - Adapting content for diverse audiences - Observing and evaluating training effectiveness - Healthcare Industry Knowledge - Understanding hospital operations, clinical workflows, and medical terminology - Familiarity with accreditation standards - Strategic Partnership Development - Building long-term relationships with healthcare institutions - Negotiating and managing collaborations - Program Management Skills - Planning & Execution - Tracking KPIs - Data Analysis & Reporting - Event Coordination - Stakeholder Engagement Skills - Communication & Interpersonal Skills - Relationship Management Additional Skills: - Travel Readiness & Time Management - Digital Literacy - Adaptability & Problem-Solving If you believe you are a suitable candidate for this position, kindly send your CV to pawan.duggal@drreddys.com.,
