Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Manager based in Kolkata. The Training Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and performance of service professionals. This includes developing training materials, conducting workshops, analyzing training effectiveness, identifying skill gaps, and ensuring training aligns with company goals. The role also involves monitoring the progress of trainees, mentoring them for professional growth, and collaborating with internal teams to make data-driven improvements to training processes.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Training program design, Workshop facilitation, and Curriculum development
Skills in Performance evaluation and Feedback analysis
Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Leadership skills
Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing environments
Experience in managing teams and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Understanding of professional development and upskilling strategies
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field
Prior experience in training or learning & development roles is preferred
