Job Description

As a Graduate Engineer with a minimum of 5 years total experience and 3 years in similar works, your role will involve: - Designing and delivering training programs that are in line with project and organizational objectives. - Identifying training needs by conducting surveys, interviews, and discussions with managers. - Creating training materials, manuals, and documentation to support the training programs. - Collaborating with subject matter experts and external trainers to ensure the effectiveness of the training. - Monitoring and evaluating the training to assess its impact and outcomes. - Maintaining training records and ensuring adherence to quality standards. - Providing support for onboarding and continuous learning initiatives. In addition to the above responsibilities, you are expected to possess the following skills and competencies: - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Ability to assess learning needs and develop effective training programs. - Familiarity with training tools and learning management systems. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Ability to collaborate with team members and engage stakeholders effectively.
