Life Insurance Company is hiring for Trainer urgently

Role & Responsibilities:

Conduct classroom and on-field training for sales teams across assigned locations.
Deliver product, process, sales, and behavioral training for Life Insurance.
Support new joiner induction and ongoing capability development.
Ensure improvement in sales productivity and performance through effective training.
Coordinate with business and sales leaders to address training needs.
Travel regularly to branches and markets as per training calendar.

Candidate Profile:

1st Preference:

Minimum
2+ years of experience in Life Insurance training

2nd Preference:

Minimum
2+ years of experience in General Insurance / Health Insurance training
