Role & responsibilities

Deliver high-quality training programs that improve product knowledge and process compliance among sales
teams.
Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing staff to ensure consistent knowledge and process
understanding.
Develop training materials that are relevant, engaging, and aligned with organizational standards.
Monitor the performance of trainees and provide feedback to support improvement.
Update training modules based on feedback and evolving business needs.
