As a Training Manager at our company, you will be responsible for driving capability building for hotel operations teams across India. Your main focus will be on designing and delivering training programs on service excellence, SOPs, compliance, sales upselling, and leadership development to ensure a positive impact on guest experience, unit performance, and people metrics. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and create quarterly learning plans for units. - Develop and deliver various training programs including instructor-led, virtual, and on-the-job sessions, as well as digital microlearning and SOP playbooks. - Ensure standardization and audit of SOP adherence, and facilitate preopening training for new sites. - Build trainer pipelines by certifying property trainers and department champions, and coaching HODs. - Monitor the impact of training through post-training evaluations, quality scores, guest NPS, and audit outcomes. - Collaborate with HR for onboarding and compliance, Operations for performance improvement, and QA for audits. - Manage LMS content, learning calendars, training MIS, and dashboards effectively. Qualifications Required: - 4-10 years of experience in L&D/Operations training in hospitality/retail/QSR or similar industry. - Strong facilitation and coaching skills with experience in multisite rollouts. - Ability to convert SOPs into practical training and familiarity with LMS tools. - Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel. - Bachelors/MBA in HR/Operations/Hotel Management preferred; training certifications are a plus.
