Job Description

Department:

Location: Kolhapur, Ahmedabad, Jaipur and Mysore

Education & Experience:

  • Graduate degree in any discipline.
  • 3-4 years of relevant training experience, preferably in a competitive environment.
  • Proficiency in the local regional language is essential.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across mapped locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Needs Analysis:

Identify training needs for KLI employees and partner employees to enhance their performance.

Consult with employees and stakeholders to understand specific training requirements and gaps.

Training Program Design & Delivery:

Develop and prepare a weekly/monthly training calendar that aligns with the needs of KLI and partner employees.

Coordinate with department heads to organize training programs, ensuring full participation and engagement.

Deliver training sessions across various mapped locations as per the planned calendar.

Post-Training Evaluation:

Evaluate the effectiveness of each training program by measuring improvements in the performance of KLI and partner employees.

Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to assess the impact of the training.

Implement learnings from evaluations to enhance the design and delivery of future training programs.

Employee Development:

Focus on the continuous development of employees by identifying individual and team development needs.

Develop customized development plans that address specific skill gaps and career aspirations.

Facilitate coaching and mentoring sessions to support employees in achieving their professional goals.

Behavioral & Performance Impact:

Design training programs with content team that not only impart knowledge but also drive behavioral change and performance improvements.

Utilize behavioral assessments and performance metrics to track changes post-training.

Ensure that training programs are aligned with organizational goals and directly contribute to measurable improvements in employee behavior and job performance.

Continuous Improvement:

Regularly review and update training content to ensure it meets the evolving needs of the business and the industry.

Stay updated on the latest trends in training and development, especially in the Bancasurrance space, to bring innovative approaches to the training programs.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in the local regional language and English.
  • Ability to travel extensively and manage multiple training programs across various locations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for assessing training needs and evaluating program effectiveness.
  • Expertise in employee development, coaching, and driving behavioral change.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
