Job Description

Role Overview

The Process Trainer will be responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee performance and support organizational goals. This role requires strong communication, facilitation, and process understanding to ensure teams are equipped with the knowledge and skills to execute their tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities-
Training Delivery
1. Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring they understand company policies, processes, and tools.
2. Deliver process-specific and skill-based training modules across teams.
3. Facilitate refresher training to improve performance and bridge skill gaps.
4. Ensure training content is engaging, interactive, and aligned with business needs.

Content Development
1. Create training materials, SOPs, manuals, and process guides.
2. Update existing training modules based on process updates or feedback.
3. Collaborate with process owners to maintain accuracy and relevance of training documentation.

Assessment Evaluation
1. Evaluate learner performance through assessments, quizzes, and practical tasks.
2. Monitor training effectiveness using feedback surveys, performance reports, and on-floor outcomes.
3. Identify training needs through TNI/TNA and create action plans accordingly.

Stakeholder Management
1. Collaborate with team leaders, managers, and SMEs to understand knowledge gaps.
2. Provide regular training reports to management.
3. Suggest improvements in processes to enhance productivity and quality.

Process Enhancement
1. Stay updated on process changes and communicate them timely to the workforce.
2. Assist in quality audits, RCA discussions, and performance improvement plans.
3. Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.

Skills Qualifications-
1. Bachelor s degree in any discipline.
2. 3-5 years of experience as a Process Trainer / LD Executive / Training Specialist.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
4. Strong understanding of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
5. Ability to simplify complex processes for diverse learners.
6. Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint Excel.

Preferred-
1. Experience in EdTech, SaaS, Shared Services, or a fast-growth startup environment.
2. Certifications in LD, Training, or Instructional Design (added advantage).
3. Experience handling large batches and operational training.
